CK Squared x Madi May Barbados Giveaway

OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of CK Squared Boutique, which are final and binding in all matters related to this giveaway.

1. SPONSOR

This giveaway is sponsored by CK Squared Boutique.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, Sandals Resorts, Barbados Tourism, or any airline provider.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The CK Squared x Madi May Barbados Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are:

• 21 years of age or older at the time of entry
• Able to legally travel internationally
• In possession of a valid U.S. passport prior to travel

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, immediate family members, and household members of CK Squared Boutique, Madi May, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and associated giveaway vendors are not eligible to win.

1. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on May 9, 2026 and ends on June 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST.

Entries submitted outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

1. HOW TO ENTER

Participants may enter by completing all required entry actions stated in the official giveaway announcement post on Instagram and/or Facebook.

Use of fake accounts, bots, automated entries, vote exchanges, spam entries, or fraudulent methods will result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant found violating these Official Rules or engaging in conduct deemed inappropriate, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful to the integrity of the giveaway.

1. PRIZE DETAILS

One (1) winner will receive ONE of the following prize options:

OPTION A:

A 4-night / 5-day all-inclusive trip for two to Barbados with an approximate retail value of up to $6,000 USD.

Trip package may include:

• Resort accommodations
• Roundtrip economy airfare for two from a major U.S. airport
• Standard all-inclusive resort amenities

OR

OPTION B:

• $4,000 USD cash
• $1,000 CK Squared Boutique store credit

Approximate total prize value: up to $5,000 USD.

Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for additional cash or substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

1. TRAVEL CONDITIONS

If the winner selects the travel prize:

• Travel dates are subject to availability
• Blackout dates and travel restrictions may apply
• Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary
• Winner is responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid travel documentation including passports
• Winner is responsible for all expenses not specifically listed as included, including but not limited to:

• meals outside resort inclusions

• baggage fees

• gratuities

• excursions

• travel insurance

• taxes

• incidental charges

• airport transportation

• medical expenses

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• flight delays
• cancellations
• weather events
• acts of God
• travel interruptions
• lost luggage
• resort closures
• government restrictions
• personal injury
• illness
• accidents
• death
• or any other travel-related issues

Travel must be completed within twelve (12) months of winner verification unless otherwise determined by Sponsor.

No refunds or compensation will be provided for unused portions of the trip.

1. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Winner will be contacted ONLY through CK Squared Boutique’s official social media account or official email address.

CK Squared Boutique will NEVER request:

• credit card information
• banking information
• passwords
• payment to claim a prize

Winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification or Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize.

1. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use winner’s name, likeness, city/state, social media handle for promotional

and marketing purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless:

• Meta
• Instagram
• Facebook
• airlines
• resorts
• travel providers
• affiliates
• employees
• contractors
• partners

from any liability, injury, loss, claim, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• technical malfunctions
• interrupted internet connections
• unavailable platforms
• lost entries
• unauthorized intervention
• fraud
• printing errors
• human error

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other causes impair the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.

1. TAXES

Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of any prize.

Sponsor may issue appropriate tax documentation if required by law.

1. PRIVACY

Any personal information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used solely for the administration of the promotion and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Mississippi without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Mississippi.

By participating in this Giveaway, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Terms & Conditions in full.
